Known consignor, daily.

We specialise in airfreight for fresh produce and are a known consignor daily to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and Sydney Airport. That status matters. It means your produce can be secured at our facility rather than sitting in a queue at the terminal, which keeps the cold chain intact and the cut off later.

Why the cut off matters

Every hour a pallet waits at a terminal is an hour it is not at temperature. Because we are a known consignor, the security screening happens with us, under refrigeration, so the product goes to the aircraft later and colder.

What we need from you

The airline and flight if you have it, the ready time, the pallet or carton count, the temperature and the destination. If you are exporting for the first time, call the office and we will walk you through it.

Known consignor

Known consignor status at Melbourne and Sydney means produce is prepared and secured at our own premises, so it moves with less handling and fewer hours lost on the ground.
