Fresh produce is a clock, not a route. Everything we do is arranged around the hours between the last bin leaving the orchard and the first pallet hitting a distribution centre dock.

Trailers come down to temperature before a pallet goes near them. Loads are consolidated at Ravenhall, sealed, and the set point is logged against the consignment.

Our trucks leave Ravenhall as the market closes and arrive as the next one opens. That window is the whole business, and we build everything around it.
Produce to plate
Someone grew it.
We get it there in time.
There is no fresh produce aisle without the grower who planted it, and there is no grower without a way to move what they pick. Tailored Fresh is the link in the middle. Every carton we carry started in a block, a glasshouse or a packing shed belonging to someone who has been at it for years, and our job is to hand it over at the other end exactly as they packed it.
