Tailored Fresh Pty Ltd is a refrigerated transport and cold storage business based at Ravenhall in Melbourne's west. We are not a general freight carrier with a few reefers on the side. The whole operation is built around fresh produce and the hours it has to move in.
That means depots where the growing is, not only where the cities are. It means trailers brought down to temperature before loading rather than after. And it means an operations team that knows which market floor opens when, and what happens to a grower's week if a load misses it.

- NHVAS accredited Mass Management, Maintenance Management and Basic Fatigue Management under the national scheme.
- Chain of Responsibility
- AMCAS certified Audited against the 2026 Master Code of Practice as loader, unloader, carrier and operator.
- Safety management
- CoR Company Program Fatigue, speed, mass and dimension, load restraint, maintenance and subcontractors.
- Prequalification
- Cm3 prequalified Risk reviewed for refrigerated road transport, work in extreme temperatures, and Chain of Responsibility for employees and subcontractors.
- Food safety
- HACCP certified Codex Alimentarius and Good Manufacturing Practices, from receival through to delivery, chilled, frozen and ambient.
- Retail supply chain
- Primary Connect certified Quality and Excellence Program for storage and transport, audited by BSI.
- Food premises
- Food Act registered Class 3 food premises at Ravenhall, registered with Melton City Council.
- Insured
- $20 million public liability Public liability and workers compensation current and verified through Cm3.
- Industry membership
- Victorian Transport Association Member of the VTA, the peak body representing transport and logistics operators across Victoria.
